In the prehistoric era, the first humans are making their advance. Despite the threat of sabre-toothed tigers and Neanderthals, they are expanding their territory and learning to survive in the wild ever more effectively. From humble beginnings on the African continent, humanity will, over the years, reach the entire world. And you are going to help the primitive humans!
Catan: Rise of Mankind takes the rules of Catan and sets them in a prehistoric context. You gather resources such as hides, bones and flint, and use them to build new settlements. From these settlements you’ll travel to new parts of the world, where you’ll establish further settlements. You’ll also develop your culture through four stages of development. The first player to collect 10 victory points wins!
Catan: Rise of Mankind is a revamped version of Settlers of Prehistory. The new edition features new, detailed game pieces and beautiful artwork.
