Terms and conditions
The main terms for online purchases, reservations and events at Manticore.
1. Entrepreneur

2. Products and prices
We describe products as carefully as possible. Apparent errors do not bind us. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Any delivery costs appear before you confirm your order.
3. Order and payment
The contract is formed after your order has been accepted and confirmed. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout. In case of a stock error we will contact you and refund the relevant amount.
4. Delivery and pickup
Available options and costs appear during checkout. Stated timeframes are a reasonable indication. Check a delivery on receipt and report damage or a missing item as soon as possible.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can generally withdraw an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving a reason. Notify this unequivocally by e‑mail. After that you have another 14 days to return the goods. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of a defect or incorrect delivery. Legal exceptions remain applicable. 6. Warranty and complaints
The statutory conformity guarantee remains fully applicable. Email your order number and a clear description, and include photos where useful. We will then seek an appropriate solution.
7. Reservations and events
A confirmed reservation keeps the chosen game or spot available for the stated period. Specific capacity, price and practical conditions are shown on the relevant reservation or event page. A game reservation can be cancelled free of charge if your plans change.
8. Privacy and disputes
We process personal data according to our privacy policy. Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. In case of a problem, contact us first.
